Prospects by Sports Illustrated Junior Golf Tour Comes To Miami

Prospects by Sports Illustrated Junior Golf will be hosting the Miami Surf and Turf Junior Tournament at the Senator Course at Shula’s Golf Club on Aug. 4-6.

Players will start with an 18-hole practice round and then get to test their skill in 36 holes the following two days.

In addition to play, there will be skills competitions, bonus prizes and a reception on opening night for the parents and families of the participants giving everyone the opportunity to meet and socialize while enjoying dinner.

Tournament features will include live scoring throughout and drone coverage of featured holes during play.

Players will compete for the top prize of getting their player profile published on the Prospects by Sports Illustrated website. The tees played will be determined by age group for both boys and girls.

The tour is committed to elevating youth sports and providing youth golfers the opportunity to compete on a global platform.

With five Florida tour stops over the next couple of months, the Prospects by Sports Illustrated tour is emerging as one of the predominant youth golf tournament organizations in our Florida.

Please see their advertisement on page 9 of this issue (it’s right over there, do you see it?) and receive $50 off entry for being a reader of The Tee Times.
