Best Places To Watch The Honda Classic
Having a great view of The Honda Classic is like real estate – it’s all about location, location, location. Here are some of the best spots for fans to watch the golf:
RIGHT OF THE 1st GREEN
This is a great place to watch the early part of the round unfold. You can see players hitting their approach and putts on the first hole, you can see them hit their drive on No. 2 and, from a slight distance, you can watch players chipping and hitting their putts on the par-5 third green.
RIGHT OF THE 9th FAIRWAY
This spot affords the opportunity to watch golfers play the par-4 ninth – it could be their last hole of the day on Thursday or Friday – and also get a glimpse of the drives on the tough par-4 10th.
LEFT OF THE 15th HOLE
Not only can fans watch players deal with the difficult 14th green, but you can also see them hit their first shot on the dreaded Bear Trap.
LEFT OF THE 18th FAIRWAY
Late in the tournament, it gets difficult to see the finish on the 18th green because of the large gallery. There is an open grandstand, but seats are taken by midday. Grab a spot near the bleachers and watch what usually is a dramatic finish.
